Celebrate Spring – Sweet Greetings

Design Team Time for both The Card Concept (#225) Inspiration Board and the Atlantic Hearts (#672) Sketch, combining the two.

and sharing with Paper Players (#776) as this card fits their Colors of the Rainbow theme.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Daffodil Delight cardstock.
• Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Summer Splash cardstock.
• Blocks: Basic Black cardstock die-cut with the (1½” x 2¼”) and (1⅜” x 1⅜”) Postage dies from the Perennial Postage Dies set.  Four additional blocks were trimmed and adjusted.  Two Rectangles for the Center block (3¾” x 1⅛”) and the two Squares for the Bottom Left block (2¼” x 1⅜”).
• Sentiment Accent Mat: (3” x 2½”) Daffodil Delight cardstock die-cut with the (2¾” x 2⅜”) Octagonal Label die from the Forever Florals Dies set, On-Line Exclusive product.
• Sentiment Label: (3” x 2½”) Basic Black cardstock die-cut with the (2⅜” x 2⅛”) Octagonal Label die, from the same Dies set.
  • The sentiment, Sweet Spring Greetings, from the Celebrate Spring stamp set found in the February 2026 Paper Pumpkin Kit was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
• Decorations – Flowers: Summer Splash, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flamingo cardstock scraps.
  • Tulips: Die-cut with the Tulip Builder dies from the Beautiful Blossoms Dies set, the Paper Pumpkin Add-On product for the 2026 First Quarter.
  • Posies: Die-cut with Floral and Leaf dies from the Forever Floral Dies set.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  The matted Focal Panel and the Tulip Blooms were popped up with Dimensionals.

A bright graphic punch of color for a fun Spring card.
