Floral Beauty

Welcome back!  Already Friday…where did the week go?

A clean and simple card for the AAA Cards (#308) suggested sketch and choosing colors and elements from the Inkspirational (#361) Visual Prompts Collage.

Here is the result:

EVERTHING IS ROSY MEDLEY KIT – AAACC308 – IC361

Steps:

  • Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Bubble Bath cardstock.
  • Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock.
  • Vertical Strips: (½” x 4¼”) Blue and Pink Striped patterned piece of paper from the retired Everything is Rosy Medley Kit.
  • Shape – Postage Stamp: (2” x 2”) Misty Moonlight cardstock die-cut with the (1⅞” x 1⅞”) Postage Stamp die from the Perennial Postage Dies set.
  • Sentiment: Melon Mambo cardstock scrap.
    • Using the word Beautiful die, from the Beautiful Blooms Dies set, the Paper Pumpkin Add-On product for the 1st Quarter 2026, the sentiment was die-cut.
  • Decoration – Floral Spray: A laser cut Floral image, also from the Everything is Rosy Medley Kit was trimmed with Paper Snips and added to the Postage Stamp.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch, and the Flowers were popped up Dimensionals.  A few Rhinestone Basic Jewels were added for a little glam.

A pretty card…
