Today I am playing with Facebook’s Colour INKspiration (#202) Palette.
Incorporating the Love theme for Little Red Wagon (#844) and Shopping Our Stash (#566).
In January, I issued the first of a series of monthly creative challenges, on my Facebook page: The Inque Spot Studio. The challenge includes a Sketch, an Inspiration Photo and a set of Colors. Here I am choosing to use the Sketch.
Here is the result:
Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- Background Panel: (5¼” x 4) Garden Green cardstock.
- The sentiment, Sending Love, from the Fabulous Sayings stamp set, the Product of the Month selection for January 2026, was stamped with Versamark ink, separating the words and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
- The Panel was then dry-embossed with the upcoming, Lazy Daisy 3D Embossing Folder, an On-Line Exclusive product.
- Banner Strip: Green & White patterned (3” x 4”) card from the Days Like This Memories & More Card Pack cut in half and extended to (4⅝”) and trimmed to (1⅜”) in width to match the pattern.
- Three Green Low Profile Sparkle Dots, still available but on the Last Chance List, were added along the seam for a little bling.
- Focal Panel Accent Mat: (2⅞” x 2⅞”) Peach Pie cardstock.
- Focal Panel: Butterfly patterned (3” x 4”) card trimmed to (2¾” x 2¾”).
- Using the Light Strawberry Slush Stampin’ Blends Marker, some additional color was added to the Peach Pie / Pretty in Pink Butterflies.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch with the Focal Panel popped up with Dimansionals.
