Fragrant Layers – Happy For You

Welcome back!  Time again for the Facebook Case-ing Tuesday (#549) Sketch.  The sample can be found on page 19 of the Jan – Apr 2026 Mini Catalog.

CASE: (Copy and Steal Everything) Making it the same; (Copy and Slightly Edit) Almost the same with a little variation; (Copy and Selectively Edit) Changing things.  You are welcome to choose how you create. 

My choices were influenced by: As You See It (#364) to use something newly purchased for my craft stash and Color Dare (#687) for the palette.  I am also sharing this card with Ellibelle’s Eye Spy (#33) and her NEW theme.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Pretty Peacock cardstock.
• Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Pool Party Two-Tone cardstock (dark side) dry-embossed with the Beautiful Pattern 3D Embossing Folder, an On-Line Exclusive product, and then lightly sanded with a Sanding Block to highlight the texture.
• Side Strip: (¾” x 3¾”) Pretty Peacock Splatter patterned piece of paper from the 2025/2026 Regals Designer Series Paper pack.
• Focal Panel: (2½” x 3½”) Basic White cardstock dry-embossed with the Lovely Stripes 3D Embossing Folder, also an On-Line Exclusive Product.
• Focal Image – Flower Spray: (2¾” x 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
  • The Floral Outline image from the Fragrant Layers stamp set, another On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
  • The Floral In-fill image (two-step stamping) was colored with Gorgeous Grape and Coastal Cabana inks applied with Sponge Daubers.
  • The two Leaf In-fill images were stamped with Pretty Peacock ink.
  • The Floral Center In-Fill image was stamped with 2^nd Generation (stamped off once) Coastal Cabana ink.
  • The Floral Spray was then fussy-cut with Paper Snips.
• Sentiment Label: Highland Heather cardstock scrap.
  • The sentiment, So happy for you, from the same stamp set, was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder and then die-cut with the (3½” x ⅝”) Label die from the Beautiful Butterflies Dies set, still available but now on the Last Chance List.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  The Floral Spray was popped up with Dimensionals.

A pretty congratulations card suitable for any occasion.
