Charming Day – Wedding Congratulations

Welcome back!  Happy Sunday.  Hoping you can find some time to be creative today… 

Today’s challenges: Festive Friday (#201) choosing elements from the World Marriage Day line-up; TGIF (#560) Celebration Inspiration Photo – Roses, Lace, and Wedding Theme; and bringing all my ideas together with the current Freshly Made (#719) Sketch.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
• Accent Mat: (3⅞” x 5⅛”) Brushed Silver cardstock (retired but still in my stash).
• Background Panel: (5¼” x 4”) Silver Lines patterned piece of paper from the retired Silver & Gold Specialty Paper pack.
• Cross Strip: (4½” x 1”) retired Delicate Details Lace Tape with an overlay of (5”) retired Silver & White Sheer Ribbon.
• Shape – Flower: (3” x 4”) Basic White cardstock.
  • The Double Rose image from the recently retired Charming Day stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Silver Embossing Powder and then die-cut with the coordinating die from the Charming Days Dies set, still available but now on the Last Chance List.
• Sentiment Label: Brushed Silver cardstock scrap.
  • The sentiment, Congratulations, from the Extraordinary Flora stamp set was also stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder and then die-cut with the small Label die from the Perfectly Pears Dies set, still available but also on the Last Chance List.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  The Flowers were popped up with Dimensionals and a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels were added for a bit of sparkle.
