You Are So Lovely – Lovely Arrangements

Welcome back!  Hoping that you have some time to be creative this weekend.  Happy Saturday. 

Further to my Studio clean up, I came across some retired pretty paper that had been pre-cut for a class at the Public Library a few years back. I really don’t buy too much for Valentine’s Day but the sweet florals of the All My Love Designer Series Paper was one that I did like.

This card is created for Love Those Pretty Papers (#2601) using the current Freshly Made (#717) Sketch.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Strawberry Slush cardstock.
• Accent Mat: (3½” x 4¾”) Basic White cardstock.
• Focal Panel: (3⅛” x 4⅝”) Pink Floral patterned piece of paper from the retired All My Love Designer Series Paper pack.
• Block Mat: (2¾” x 1⅜”) Strawberry Slush cardstock scrap.
• Block Panel: (2⅝” x 1¼”) Pink Hearts patterned piece of paper from the same paper pack.
• Sentiment Label: (2⅝” x ⅝”) Strawberry Slush cardstock scrap.
• Sentiment Label: (2½” x ½”) Basic White cardstock scrap.
  • The sentiment, You are so lovely, from the Lovely Arrangements stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Strawberry Slush ink.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the mirror version of the sketch.  The Sentiment was popped up with Dimensionals and a small double Bow was added using White Baker’s Twine.
