Happy Birthday Tweets To You

Welcome back!  Did you have a nice Thanksgiving Day?  We enjoyed our company and our dinner.

Back in the Studio…and playing with AAA Birthday Card (#79) with a Musical component and the Facebook SU! Colour (November) suggestion.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Afternoon Azure cardstock.
• Card Front: (5¼” x 4”) Basic White cardstock.
  • The Snowman and Birds image from the retired Snow Much Fun stamp set was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers.  Colors chosen: Birds – Light Darling Duckling; Bird Beaks and Snowman Nose – Light Peach Pie; Hat Band & Scarf – Light and Dark Shy Shamrock; Scarf Dots – Dark Highland Heather; Scarf Fringe and Buttons – Light and Dark Afternoon Azure; Hat, Boots and Shadows – Light and Dark Smoky Slate.
• Sentiment Circle: Basic White cardstock scrap.
  • The words, Happy and Birthday, from the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Charming Day stamp set, an On-lIne Exclusive product, were stamped separately, also with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then swiped with the Light Darling Duckling Stampin’ Blends Marker.  The Sentiment was then die-cut with the (1⅝”) Stitched Circle die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.

And that’s all folks!  Clean and simple, bright and fun with the group singing Happy Birthday to you!
