A different type of post…this is a project that I created for today’s class.
A number of challenges are featuring a Fall Harvest theme, and I am sharing this project with them.
Farm Quest (#76) Farmer’s Market with a Pumpkin Patch display; Time Out (#300) with the Tradition of buying Pumpkins to make Pumpkin Pie; Shopping Our Stash (#559) adding Spice to the Pie; Facebook’s Global Design Project (#519) Autumn Love…enjoying the entire process from selecting to baking; and Inspiration Station (#78) celebrating the Harvest with family and friends.

I chose the sentiment from the September 2025 Paper Pumpkin Kit – Fall for Toile and used the coordinating Autumn Toile Designer Series Paper to make this Harvest Inspired Gift Card Holder.
Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Very Vanilla cardstock. The front of the card was cut at (2″).
- Accent Mats: (1⅞” x 4⅛”) and (3⅜” x 4⅛”) Early Espresso cardstock.
- Front Panels: (1¾” x 4″) and (3¼” x 4″) Pumpkin Patch patterned pieces of paper from the Autumn Toile Designer Series Paper pack.
- Circle: (2¼” x 2¼”) Early Espresso Grid patterned piece of paper from the same Paper pack die-cut with the (2⅛”) Stitched Circle die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.
- The greeting, Wishing you the happiest of days, from the Fall for Toile Paper Pumpkin Kit was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
- The left-side card flap was adhered to the card base on just the two outside edges creating a pocket for a gift card.
- A few pink-toned Low Profile Dots, still available but on the Last Chance List, were added to dress up the greeting circle.
A great layout with lots of gift giving possibilities by just changing the pretty paper.
Thanks for spending some of your time with me today. Cheers, Jolanda

Intention…a Thanksgiving card…with a gift card to a store that sells baked hams and turkeys.
Makes entertaining easy. All you need to do is make the pumpkin pie for dessert.
Thank you!

Such a charming and thoughtful project, Jolanda. The way you’ve layered the Autumn Toile papers with those rich Early Espresso accents creates such a warm, inviting feel—perfect for a harvest-themed gift. I especially love how the stitched circle frames the sentiment so beautifully, and the low-profile dots add just the right touch of elegance. Your clever pocket design makes this both practical and heartfelt, and the seasonal storytelling woven into your challenge inspirations is delightful.
So glad you stopped by my blog and left a comment—it led me here, and I hope you’ll visit again soon.
