Gallery Blooms – Get Well Card

Welcome back!  Happy Monday.  Hoping you have an excellent week.

Another clean and simple card for you today.

The challenges: Addicted To CAS (#289) Squares; Just Us Girls (#787) Floral Dies; and Tic Tac Toe (#276) CAS, Die(s) and Free for Favorite Color.

Bringing it all together, I selected the Freshly Made (#698) Sketch.

Here is the result:

UNBOUNDED LOVE – ATCAS289 – JUGS787 – TTTC276 – FMS698

Steps:

  • Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
  • Accent Mat: (3½” x 4¾”) Basic Black cardstock.
  • Background Panel: (3⅜” x 4⅝”) Basic White cardstock.
  • Squares: Summer Splash cardstock scraps.
    • Using the (1⅞”), (1½”) and (1⅛”) Stitched Square dies from the Stylish Shapes Dies Set, four square frames were created.
  • Decoration – Flowers: Basic Black cardstock scraps
    • Using the three smaller Floral dies from the Gallery Blooms Dies set, the silhouette flowers were created.
  • Sentiment Label: Basic Black cardstock scrap.
    • The sentiment, Feel Better Soon, from the Unbounded Love stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch, keeping the design crisp and clean.

I appreciate you spending some of your time with me today.  Cheers,  Jolanda!
