Design Time: Facebook Case-ing Tuesday (#519) Sketch. Today’s card can be found on page 110 of the May 2025 – Apr 2026 Annual Catalog.

CASE: (Copy and Steal Everything) Making it exactly the same; (Copy and Slightly Edit) Almost the same with a little variation; (Copy and Selectively Edit) Changing things. You are welcome to choose how you create.
Design influences: Just Add Ink (#757) for the summer mediterranean inspiration photo theme and colors and Krafty Chicks (#774) for a guy card.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- Cross Strip: (4” x 1”) Afternoon Azure Splatter piece of patterned paper from the 2025/2026 Brights Collection Designer Series Paper pack.
- Background Panel: (3” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- Using the Clear Block “C” stamped directly into the Ink Pad and misted with water from a Stampin’ Spritzer, the Smoky Slate, Afternoon Azure and Granny Apple Green blocks were created.
- The Seagull image from the Sunrise Sailing stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Basic Gray ink.
- Focal Image – Sailboats: Basic White cardstock scraps die-cut with the mid and small sized boat dies from the coordinating Sunrise Sailing Dies set. The Sails were popped up with Dimensionals.
- Sentiment Banner: Smoky Slate cardstock scrap.
- The sentiment, Time to Celebrate, from the More Messages stamp set, also an On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder and then die-cut with the (3⅜” x 1”) Stitched Banner die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set trimmed to (2¼”).
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch which I flipped, and a bit of White Baker’s Twine was wrapped around the Sentiment Flag which was also popped up with Dimensionals.
A great summer birthday card for a fellow.
