Inspiring Imperfections – Floral Hello

Design Team Time: This round at Hand Stamped Sentiments (#466), we have a summer bright set of colors for you.

Design Time: Facebook Case-ing Tuesday (#518) Sketch. Today’s card can be found on page 48 of the May 2025 – Apr 2026 Annual Catalog. 

CASE: (Copy and Steal Everything) Making it exactly the same; (Copy and Slightly Edit) Almost the same with a little variation; (Copy and Selectively Edit) Changing things.  You are welcome to choose how you create.

I am sharing this card with Ellibelle’s Garden Party (#4) and We Love Stamping (#18JUN25) with a Nature inspired twist as this card reflects picked garden florals and creating an indoor arrangement.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
• Background Panel: (5½” x 4¼”) Basic White cardstock dry-embossed with the Joined Together 3D Embossing Folder.
• Accent Block: (5½” x 3”) Strawberry Slush cardstock.
• Top Panel: (5½” x 2½”) Coastal Cabana Smoosh patterned piece of paper from the 2025/2026 Brights Collection Designer Series Paper.
  • Three windows were die-cut with the (1½” x 1½”) Stitched Square die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.
• Windows: (5½” x 2”) Basic White cardstock.
  • The Flower, the Bowl and the Corner Floral images from the Inspiring Imperfections stamp set were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers.  Colors chosen: Flowers – Light Strawberry Slush; Leaves – Light Granny Apple Green; Bowl Rim and Base – Medium Coastal Cabana retired Stampin’ Blendabilities Marker; Bowl and Shadow Detail – Light Cloud Cover.
  • Each image was die-cut with the same Stitched Square die.
  • The sentiment, hello, from the Unbounded Love stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product, was also stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on to the window with the Corner Floral image.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch, and a few retired Coastal Cabana colored Rhinestone Waves Basic Jewels were added for a bit of bling.  

A pretty hello card…
