Welcome to my Studio offerings! Back in the clean and simple groove with a pretty little thank you card…
The challenges: CAS on Friday (#310) adding an embossed element; The Flower Challenge (#103) to also do some embossing; Color Dare (#653) with a purple and aqua duo; and bringing it all together, the Stampin’ Up! Only (#377) Sketch, which I flipped.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Pool Party cardstock.
- Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Watercolor Paper.
- The sentiment, Thank you for everything, from the Spring Corners stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped in the top right corner with Pool Party ink.
- The Corner Line image, from the same stamp set was also stamped with Pool Party ink in the lower left corner.
- Frame: (4¼” x 2¾”) Highland Heather cardstock die-cut with both the (2¼” x 3½”) and the (1⅞” x 3¼”) Stitched Rectangle dies from the retired Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies set.
- Inset: (4¼” x 2¾”) Highland Heather cardstock.
- The Garden Embossing Folder, also an On-Line Exclusive product, was inked with Versamark ink on the inside top side of the folder and the cardstock was inserted.
- The embossed piece was then heat-set with White Embossing Powder and die-cut with the same (1⅞” x 3¼”) Stitched Rectangle die.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the flipped sketch design. Three clusters of Purple Fine Shimmer Gems were added for a bit of bling.
A soft and lovely thank you card, featuring embossed flowers.

The way you paired the embossing folder with the white EP makes it look like an engraving in an old book but in fresh, new colors. Pretty card! Thanks for playing along with us at SUO Challenges!
