Welcome back! Wow…Friday already and I am game to play…featuring the Sunrise Sailing Bundle, an On-Line Exclusive product offering.
Double Trouble (#191) Graduation theme; add a Kraft Element; and partner with Try a Sketch on Tuesday (#670).

Influences: Tic Tac Toe (#271) Die Cuts; Twine; and Embossing with Creative Colour (#194) Pumpkin Pie; Poppy Parade; and Night of Navy.

Sharing with Krafty Chicks (#769) for their Masculine theme.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Night of Navy cardstock.
- Background Panel: (4⅛” x 5⅜”) Crumb Cake cardstock.
- Side Panel: (3¼” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock dry-embossed with the Sunrise Sailing 3D Embossing Folder (Water Area only).
- Cross Strips: (⅜” x 5¼”) Crumb Cake Striped patterned piece of paper from the retired 2024/2025 Neutrals Collection Designer Series Paper pack.
- Right Side Decoration – Sailing Boats: Poppy Parade, Night of Navy and Pumpkin Pie cardstock scraps die-cut with the small Sailing Boat & Sails coordinating dies from the Sunrise Sailing Dies set. The Sails were added with Mini Dimensionals.
- Sentiment Block: Basic White cardstock scrap.
- The sentiment, You’re destined for great things, from the Sunrise Sailing stamp set was stamped with Poppy Parade ink and die-cut with the (1½” x 1½”) Stitched Square die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.
- Decoration – Flags: Pumpkin Pie, Poppy Parade and Night of Navy cardstock scraps die-cut with the small Stitched Flag die from the Nested Essentials Dies set.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. A bit of Linen Thread was tied around the Sentiment Block before it was popped up with Dimensionals.
I really like the metaphor of Sailing and Graduation. I have a favorite quote that I found when I was sixteen: “No wind blows in favor of a ship that has no port of destination” and it has always been my guiding principle.
Thanks for spending some of your time with me today. Cheers, Jolanda!
