Welcome back! Happy Monday. Trying to squeeze a few challenges in that are due today. It will be a busy week, and I am hoping to find bits of time to enjoy the Studio.
Combining Color Throwdown (#823) with the Freshly Made (#666) sketch for a water-colored card.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Watercolor Paper.
- Focal Panel: (5¼” x 4”) Watercolor Paper.
- Shapes – Circle Ornaments.
- Using a small plastic bottle with a base diameter of (1⅝”) pressed into the Ink Pads, the circles were created one at a time and then water was added with the Medium-Tipped Water Painter Brush and allowed to dry. Far Left – Lemon Lime Twist; Left – Granny Apple Green; Right – Fresh Freesia; Far Right – Bubble Bath.
- Once dry, I added doodles etc. with my retired Stampin’ Dazzle Gold Marker.
- Other fine details were added using my Fine-tipped Black Liquid Gel Pen.
- Shadows were added with the Light Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Marker.
- The greeting, Merry Christmas, was added free hand but didn’t turn as well as I had hoped but that is the beauty of hand-made.
A fun little card to make…
