Caroling Mice – Christmas Spirit

Welcome back!  I have a quick little CAS (clean and simple) card for you today.  Simple stamping at its best – just Stamps, Inks, and Paper.

Starting with the Retro Rubber (#245) Christmas Tic Tac Toe Board and the left line: Lights, Alcohol Markers, and Ribbon.

I selected Color Dare (#628) for the Palette and Make My Monday (#240) for both the Style and the Theme and am sharing with Critter Crazy (#93) for the very cute little Mice.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic Beige cardstock.
• Card Front: (5¼” x 4”) Basic Beige cardstock.
  • Scenic Elements from the retired Caroling Mice stamp set (circa 2022) were added with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
  • A little Star was hand-drawn to top the Tree.
  • The Scene was colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers:  Colors chosen: Light Standard and Ribbon – Light and Dark Lemon Lolly, Melon Mambo and Pretty Peacock; Tree – Dark Pretty Peacock; Star – Dark Lemon Lolly; Sheet Music – Light and Dark Lemon Lolly; Coats, Hats and Scarfs – Light and Medium retired Coastal Cabana, Light and Dark Pretty Peacock, Light and Dark Melon Mambo and Light and Dark Lemon Lolly; and Mice Shadows / Highlights / Fur – Light Smoky Slate.
  • The sentiment, A little Christmas Spirit brightens all the world, from the retired Star of Light stamp set (circa 2016) was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
