Good afternoon! Wednesday already…and I got out one of my favorite 2024 Holiday sets.
Had a chance to play and I created a card for: Ellibelle’s I Spy (#21) and Stampin’ Up! Only (#365), with the Facebook Colour INKspiration (#177) suggested Palette using the Atlantic Hearts Sketch (#604) and adding Stitched Elements for Double Trouble (#180).

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Melon Mambo cardstock.
- Background Panel: (5¼” x 3⅞”) Pretty Peacock cardstock die-cut with the large Rectangle die from the retired Radiating Stitches Dies set.
- The sentiment, Celebrate, from the Sentimental Wishes stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Gold Embossing Powder.
- Cross Strip Element: (14”) Gold Cording Trim added in a Criss-Cross manner.
- Shape: (2” x 3½”) Gold Foil die-cut with the (1¾” x 3¼”) Elongated Hexagon die from the retired Stitched Nested Label Dies set.
- Focal Image – Christmas Stocking: Basic White cardstock scrap.
- The Christmas Stocking image, also from the Sentimental Wishes stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Gold Embossing Powder.
- The image was colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers and the colors used were Pretty Peacock, Melon Mambo and Blueberry Bushel.
- The image was then die-cut with the coordinating die from the Sentimental Wishes Dies set.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. Both the Hexagon Label and the Christmas Stocking were popped up with Dimensionals.
Merry Christmas!

Love the background border stitching and how you used the twine for defining the panel behind the stocking image and the gold foil is a nice finish to your pretty Christmas card. Thanks for sharing your stitches with us at Double Trouble and clever interpretation of the sketch challenge.
