Design Team Time: Facebook Case-ing Tuesday (#484) where we CASE (Copy and Selectively Edit) cards found within Stampin’ Up!’s current catalogs. Today? The card can be found on page 34 of the Sep – Dec Mini Catalog.

My choices were influenced by: Just Add Ink (#725) and Just Us Girls (#750) to do some stenciling; Heart’s Quest Celebration of Love (#10) for an anniversary card; and selecting the Color Dare (#623) for the palette.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Azure Afternoon cardstock.
- Accent Mat: (4” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- Background Panel: (3⅞” x 5⅛”) Real Red cardstock.
- Using a Stencil in my collection: Lotus Vibes from Hello Hobby, the Lotus Leaves were stenciled using a Sponge Dauber and Night of Navy ink. The small Lotus Blossoms were added with Cherry Cobbler ink via the same method.
- Cross Strip: (3¾” x ½”) Vellum, from my stash, was trimmed on the diagonal with Paper Snips and dry-embossed with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.
- Frame: (3¾” x 2”) Azure Afternoon cardstock die-cut with the (3⅜” x 1⅞”) and the (2⅞” x 1¼”) Elongated Octagonal dies from the Countryside Corners Dies set.
- Sentiment Bits: Basic White cardstock scrap.
- The sentiment, You Are Amazing, from the Changing Leaves stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink and trimmed out with Paper Snips.
- Decoration – Leaf: Basic White cardstock scrap.
- The Leaf image, also from the Changing Leaves stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Silver Embossing Powder and then die-cut with the coordinating die from the Changing Leavers Dies set.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. The Sentiment Bits and the Leaf were popped with Dimensionals.
Celebrating my partner with an eclectic Anniversary card.
Looking forward to seeing how you choose to use the sketch.

Hello, again, Jolanda!!! Thanks for choosing Heart’s Quest Celebrations of Love to create your unique anniversary card! The symbolism of changing leaves does resemble a good marriage for new growth to perhaps fading in romance but then a new season begins and hope emerges.
