So, I selected the Atlantic Hearts (#583) Sketch and to use a Stencil for Just Us Girls (#733) to design my card.

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Bubble Bath cardstock.
- Accent Mat: (4⅛” x 5⅜”) Basic White cardstock.
- Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Brushed Lost Lagoon colored piece of paper from the Flowers & Frames Specialty Designer Series Paper pack.
- Using a Blending Brush and Pretty Peacock ink, the Floral Diamond patterned stencil from the retired Artistic Mix Decorative Masks set was used to add slight decoration.
- Frame: (2½” x 4”) Pretty Peacock cardstock.
- The (2⅜” x 3⅞) Rectangle Oval die from the retired Thoughtful Expressions Dies set was die-cut twice.
- One piece was die-cut again with the smaller (2” x 3¼”) Rectangle Oval die to create a Frame.
- The two pieces were adhered together.
- Frame In-Set: (2¼” x 3½”) Pretty Peacock Chevron patterned piece of paper also from the Frames & Flowers Specialty Designer Series Paper pack die-cut with the (2” x 3¼”) Rectangle Oval die.
- The sentiment, hello, from the Poised Peony stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
- Decorative Border – Flowers: Basic White cardstock scraps.
- The three Peony Blossom images were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers. Colors chosen: Blooms – Light Fresh Freesia and Light and Dark Bubble Bath; and Leaves – Light and Dark Lost Lagoon.
- The images were all fussy-cut with Paper Snips and arranged to the left-side of the Frame with the two smaller Blooms popped up with Dimensionals.
