Hello Baby

Welcome back!  Happy Saturday.

Playing in the Studio with three challenges.  Sketch – Atlantic Hearts (#577); Color – Creative Colour (#141); and Theme – Cupcake Inspirations (#594).

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Smoky Slate cardstock.
• Accent Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Lemon-Lime Twist cardstock.
• Side Strips: (1” x 5¼”) Petal Pink Dotted patterned piece of paper from the Flowering Zinnias Designer Series Paper pack, an On-Line Exclusive product.
• Center Strip: (1½” x 5¼”) Smoky Slate Heart patterned piece of paper from the now retired 2023/2024 Neutrals Collection Designer Series Paper pack.
• Cross Strips: (14”) retired (⅜”) Soft Sea Foam Seam Binding colored with the Light Lemon-Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends Marker.
• Focal Panel: (2½” x 3¼”) Basic White cardstock.
  • The Elephant and the Flower from the retired A Little Wild stamp set was stamped with Basic Gray ink as was the sentiment, Hello Baby, from the retired Moon Baby stamp set.
  • The images were colored with Light Smoky Slate, Petal Pink and Lemon-Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends Markers.
  • The panel was die-cut with the (2⅜” x 3”) Stitched Rectangle die from the Nested Essentials Dies set.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  The Focal Panel was popped up with Dimensionals and a Rhinestone Basic Jewel was added to the center on the Flower.

A sweet baby card.
