Gorgeously Made – Love that we are Friends

Welcome back!  I am having fun in the Studio today…

A few more challenges: Time Out (#260) to include a Striped element; Just Us Girls (#720) for the Colors; and the Freshly Made (#630) Sketch to bring it all together.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
• Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Berry Burst and White Diagonal Striped patterned piece of paper from the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper pack.
• Color Blocks: (2” x 1½”) Crushed Curry; (2¼” x 1¾”) Calypso Coral; (2¾” x 2″) Berry Burst cardstocks.
  • The sentiment, I love that we are friends, from the Country Bouquet stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder on the Berry Burst cardstock block.
• Decoration – Leaf Spray: (4” x 2½”) Basic White cardstock.
  • The Leaf die from the Gorgeously Made Dies set was die-cut.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch and die-cut Leaf was added as were several White Classic Matte Dots.
