Let’s Get Together for A Cup of Tea

Welcome back!  Happy Weekend to you.  Did you get a chance to be creative today?  This is what I made…

For: Creative Colour (#134); Park Hopping (March); and another version of Freshly Made Sketches (#629).

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (11” x 4¼” scored at 4” and 5½”) Starry Sky cardstock for a Book Fold.
• Side Panel: (1¼” x 4”) Moody Mauve Diamond patterned piece of paper from the Poetic Expressions Designer Series Paper pack.
• Card Front Panel: (3¾” x 4”) Wild Wheat Painted Canvas patterned piece of paper from the 2024 Sale-a-bration Softly Stippled Designer Series Paper pack.
  • The sentiment, Let’s Get Together Soon, from the retired Cup of Tea stamp set was stamped with Moody Mauve ink.
  • The Leaves image, from the same stamp set was stamped with Wild Wheat ink.
  • The Floral Accent image, from the same stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
• Shape – Tea Cup: (2½” x 2”) Starry Sky – 2022 / 2024 In-Color Textured Specialty Paper.
  • The Leaf Tea Cup image, from the same stamp set was also stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
  • The Tea Cup was fussy-cut with Paper Snips.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the flipped sketch.  Basic White Baker’s Twine was tied in a Bow and added to the Side Book Panel and the Tea Cup was popped up with Dimensionals.
