Gorgeously Made – Butterfly Hello – The Inque Spot Studio

Welcome back! It’s Saturday…are you able to play with your stamps, ink and paper? I hope so.

This card was created for Stampin’ Up! Only (#346) based on the inspiration photo colors for the Tuesday Morning (#747) sketch which I kept clean and simple for Simply Clean and Simple (#9).

Here is the result:

GORGEOUSLY MADE – PAPER BUTTERFLY ACCENTS – SUOC346 – TMS747 – SCS009

Steps:

Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Highland Heather cardstock.
Background Panel: (5¼” x 4”) Basic White cardstock.
- The Stylistic Floral Stem image from the Gorgeously Made stamp set was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink twice in opposite directions through the middle space.
- Using both the Light Lolly and Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends Markers, color was added to suggest Flower Buds.
Shapes – Butterflies: Paper Butterfly Accents were colored with Highland Heather ink applied with a Sponge Dauber.
Sentiment: (1½” x 1½”) Lemon Lolly cardstock scrap.
- The word, Hello, also from the Gorgeously Made stamp set was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and die-cut with the (1¼”) Stitched Circle die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. The Sentiment Circle was popped up with Dimensionals hiding were the stem images overlapped.

A sweet Spring greeting card.
