Of Art & Texture – Hope You Know

Hi again!  Deadlines just keep on sneaking up on me…

A clean and simple card for Addicted to CAS (#250) and Krafty Chicks (#701) for Stampin’ Up!’s February #simplestamping suggestion – Anything Goes.

Here is the result:

OF ART & TEXTURE – HOPE YOU KNOW – WATERCOLOR SHAPES – ATCAS250 – KCC701 – SUSS February 2024

Steps:

  • Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Balmy Blue cardstock.
  • Card Front: (4” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock.

    • One of the images in the new On-Line Exclusive Of Texture & Art stamp set looks a little bit like a Cloud and was stamped a few times with Balmy Blue ink.
    • From the retired, Watercolor Shapes stamp set, the Circle image was stamped with Daffodil Delight ink to represent the Sun.
    • The sentiment, You are the Sunshine…, from the Hope You Know stamp set was stamped with Balmy Blue ink.
  • Accent: Basic White cardstock scrap.
    • The sentiment was stamped again with Daffodil Delight ink and the words sunshine and brightens were fussy-cut with Paper Snips and adhered over the Balmy Blue words.

And that is it.  My Sunshine Sky friendship / love card using just stamps, ink and paper.

Thanks for spending some more of your time with me today.   Cheers,  Jolanda!
