A Christmas Classic – Handcrafted Ornaments

Do you keep your tree up until Epiphany or have you taken it down and packed all the ornaments?  One last holiday card…then it is on to 2024!

Playing with the Facebook Stampin’ Up Color (December) picks and I chose the CC&S514 sketch for the CAS Colours & Sketches (#527) layout seasonal remake.

Here is the result:

HANDCRAFTED ELEMENTS DIES – CHRISTMAS CLASSICS DIES – ITTY BITTY CHRISTMAS – SUCC December2023 – CC&S527

Steps:

  • Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Coastal Cabana cardstock.
  • Square Element: (4” x 4”) Daffodil Delight cardstock die-cut with the Holly Frame die from the Christmas Classics Dies set.
    • The sentiment, Very Merry, from the retired Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set was stamped with Sweet Sorbet ink.
  • Focal Image: Coastal Cabana and Sweet Sorbet cardstock scraps die-cut with the coordinating Ornament dies from the Handcrafted Elements Dies set.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  The Ornament was popped up with Dimensionals.

I hope you had a very nice Christmas and I wish you a Very Merry New Year.
