Welcome back! We have sunshine today. That always makes me happy. Hope things are nice in your corner of the world.
So, today’s inspiration: Farm Quest (#41) for A Country Charm Light Source; Facebook Joy of Sets (December) for the warm and cozy Christmas Smell of Fireplace Smoke from the Chimney; Shopping Our Stash (#511) Whatever the Weather for a Snowy Night; and using a simple fun fold for Creative Creases (#72) to show off the beautiful (6” x 6”) scenic patterned paper.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8¼” x 5½” scored at 4¼” and 2”) Night of Navy cardstock.
- Left Inside Panel – Folded Back: (1¾” x 5¼”) Cozy Cottage patterned piece of paper from the On-Line Exclusive One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper pack.
- Center Inside Panel: (1¾” x 5¼”) Smoky Slate cardstock.
- The greeting, Wishing you a Season of Hope & Light, from the Brightest Glow stamp set was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
- Right Inside Panel: (4” x 5¼”) remainder or the Cozy Cottage patterned piece of paper.
- The sentiment, Let your Heart be Light, also from the Brightest Glow stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
- Card Back Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Smoky Slate cardstock. Not shown but available for additional correspondence if needed.
Doesn’t that cottage look so inviting on such a snowy night? I’ll be there in a moment or two to warm up at the fire. Hot Toddy’s anyone?

Jolanda, this is a great fun fold. I haven’t used this particular pattern yet on a card. Are the lights on the first panel in the DSP or did you add those? Thank you for entering your card at Creative Creases.

Hi Karen, thanks. Yes the skinny panel is part of the original DSP scene. Cheers!
