A White Christmas – Celebrate

Happy Friday!  Another card for you…

The challenges: Tic Tac Toe (#234) line including Die(s), Holly, and a Wreath (albeit a square one); If You Give a Crafter a Cookie (#186) for the color; Tuesday Morning Sketches (#732) for the layout; and Happy Little Stampers (November) Anything Goes.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 4¼” scored at 4¼”) Basic White Thick cardstock.
• Underlay: (4” x 4”) Smoky Slate cardstock.
• Overlay: (4” x 4”) Leaf patterned piece of vellum from the Vellum Basics Specialty Designer Series Paper pack.
• Square Wreath: (4” x 4”) Silver Adhesive Backed Glimmer paper die-cut with the Holly Leaf Frame die from the Christmas Classics Dies set.
• Center Square: (2¼” x 2¼”) Basic White Thick cardstock scrap dry-embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder.
• Decoration – Fronds etc.: Basic White Thick cardstock scraps die-cut with elements from the Christmas Classics, Joy of Noel, and Timeless Charms Dies sets.
• Sentiment: (3½” x 1¼”) Basic White Thick and Smoky Slate cardstock scraps.
  • The two coordinating Celebrate dies from the Wanted To Say Dies set were cut.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.
