Welcome back! How can it already be September? Are you looking forward to Fall?
Playing with two challenges: Cupcake Inspirations (#576) for the colors and Sunday Stamps (#316) for the layout.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- Background Panel: (5¼” x 4”) Real Red Splattered Watercolor patterned piece of paper from the On-Line Exclusive One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper pack.
- Accent Mat: (3½” x 2⅝”) Basic White cardstock.
- Decorated Panel: (4” x 3”) Daffodil Delight, Sweet Sorbet, Tahitian Tide and Basic White cardstock.
- Each color was stamped with the Timeless Tiles Background stamp using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
- Four Tile Squares of each color were cut from the stamped pieces.
- The trimmed, colored Tiles were arranged on the Basic White piece.
- The completed Tile Panel was trimmed up.
- Sentiment: Tahitian Tide and Basic White cardstock scraps.
- Both Background and Words Dies from the Wanted To Say Dies set were die-cut and adhered together.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch with the Sentiment popped up with Dimensionals.
