Time to Make New Memories – Next Destination

Afternoon play time!  New adventures, new stamp set: Next Destination for a few travel related challenges.  Onward Ho!

The Male Room (#176), Inkspirational (#294) and TGIF (#430) with colors from Facebook Colour INKspiration (#147), stripes for Global Design Project (#403) and the current Try Stampin’ On Tuesday (#615) sketch.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Lost Lagoon cardstock.
• Background Panel: (5¼” x 4”) Copper Clay Striped patterned piece of paper from the Earthen Textures Designer Series Paper pack.
  • The sentiment was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
• Triple Shapes – Rectangles: (1” x 3½”) Pool Party and (1” x 2½”) Lost Lagoon cardstock scraps dry-embossed with the Stripes 3D Embossing Folder.
• Decoration – Tickets/Sunglasses, Back Pack and Passport: Very Vanilla cardstock scraps.
  • The images were stamped with 2^nd Generation (stamped off once) Copper Clay ink.
  • Slight color was added to the images with the Light Pool Party and Lost Lagoon Stampin’ Blends Markers.
  • The images were fussy-cut with Paper Snips

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble a version of the sketch and the Decorative Travel items were popped up with Dimensionals.
