Celebrating With Numbers

I have another No Stamp, No Ink card for you…

Playing with Shopping Our Stash (#500) for a monumental number of challenges under their belt; Seize the Birthday (#265) to include Circles; Heart’s Quest (#34) for a Congratulatory Occasion; Opting for three of the suggested colors from Color Dare (#556); and bringing it all together, the current Freshly Made (#594) Sketch.

Here is the result:

CELEBRATING WITH NUMBERS – JOLANDA JOHNSTONE – THE INQUE SPOT STUDIO – SOS500 – STB265 – FMS594 – CD556 – HQBB34

Steps:

  • Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
  • Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Bubble Bath Heart patterned piece of paper from the 2023/2024 Subtles Collection Designer Series Paper pack.
  • Circles: Bubble Bath, Pear Pizzazz and Pool Party and Basic White cardstock scraps (for Ballerina, Glacier and Avocado).
    • The Circles were die-cut with the Stitched Circle dies from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.  Sizes: (2⅝”), (2⅛”) and (1¼”) respectively.
    • The Numbers (1) and (0) dies from the Alphabet A La Mode Dies set were die-cut into the Bubble Bath Circle and again from Basic White.
    • The Basic White Numbers were inset into the Bubble Bath Circle.
  • Sentiment Banner: Basic White and Pool Party cardstock scraps.
    • The word, Celebrate, was die-cut using the Word die from the Wanted To Say Dies set.
    • The Banner was die-cut with the (3⅜” x 1”) Stitched Banner die, also from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.

All elements were adhered to the card base.  Dimensionals were used to pop up the Sentiment Banner and some Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins (Pink, Turquoise and Gold) from my stash were added for some festive bling.

A pretty pastel birthday card for a young girl or a lovely anniversary card.  Always lots to celebrate.  Change the numbers, change the colors, a very versatile sketch.
